Understanding revision history

During the life cycle of a document, it may be revised several times, often by different users. ProjectForce automatically keeps a history of the revisions. You can view this history to see when and by whom revisions were made. Because ProjectForce also saves the previous revisions of a document, you can revert to any prior revision.

The system distinguishes between two levels of revision numbers:

• Minor
• Major
